9:00 a.m.	Meet & Transfer	You will be picked up at your hotel by your private Tehran guide and then, using taxi transport, you will be transported to the historical area of Tehran, where our historical tour will commence.
9:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m.	National Museum of Iran	Begin your experience of Iranian culture at The National Museum of Iran. The museum is home to an incredible collection of items that showcase the diversity of Iranian culture from ancient pottery and sculptures to elaborate pieces created by goldsmiths. View examples of thousands of years of civilization and culture as you walk through the various exhibits of artworks and culture throughout history.
11:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m.	Walking Tour	After our time spent in the museum, we will take a quick 20 min walking tour of the old town of Tehran before arriving at the royal complex where we will see some amazing examples of local daily life during this short walk to the royal complex.
11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m.	Golestan Palace (UNESCO Site)	You will be exploring a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as Golestan Palace (the former Royal Qajar Palace), which is not only a stunning architectural site but also an example of colorful tiled roofs, intricately designed hallways and exquisitely decorated halls. Here, you will receive a unique view of what life for the Persian royal family would have been like, including the luxuries they enjoyed.
1:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.	Tehran Grand Bazaar	The Grand Bazaar is an ancient bazaar that embodies the spirit of Iranian culture and trade. You will shop for an array of products, including spices, carpets, clothing trends, and rare finds, while taking in all of the activity and liveliness that surrounds the Bazaar.
2:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m.	Authentic Local Lunch	Lunch will be served at one of the top-rated restaurants in Tehran, such as Moslem Restaurant or Sharaf-El Islam Restaurant, where you will taste authentic Iranian food and enjoy the atmosphere of an Iranian restaurant.
3:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m.	Metro Experience	You will experience how to travel as a local when we take the Tehran Metro from the subway to Azadi Square. This will be an opportunity to observe the efficiency with which locals travel around Tehran using public transportation.
3:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m.	Azadi Tower	Located in Tehran, this tower was completed in 1971. As a combination of traditional Persian architecture and contemporary design, it represents Persia’s cultural heritage and architectural style. Azadi Tower has become an important national symbol of Iranian pride and strength.
4:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m.	Departure	After the tour finishes, your guide will take you back to your hotel, or they can drop you off at any other location that suits your plans for the evening.
