an absorbing visit to a city is dependent on an excellent guideWe were met by Ahmed Janati at the international airport. his warmness and willingness quickly came through as we drove to the hotel. From then he was with us as we traipsed through the relics of Teheran, museums and, of course, the vibrant markets. He was willing to negotiate on our behalf, convert currencies and generally give advice on where to find what we were looking for. He even took us on a ride on the Teheran Metro.Ahmed is personable, obliging and knowledgeable.we certainly would recommend him as a, not a guide, but a friend.

saleem.s@telkomsa.netDear Hadi, So it was our first experience with the former Persia, the Iran! We tried to be good prepared to come to your country and read some books, watch some movies and tried to learn your languages “Farsi”. In our country, we heard very different things about Iran, but the people who visited Iran before were very surprised of the great hospitality. After some problems with the communications we met you Hadi Qashqaei and felt immediately at home. We had three great days with you and your friends Mohammad and Mahdi, the drivers. We were deeply impressed about the culture and the lifestyle in Tehran. You introduced us in the way of life in Iran with an open heart and open sense and a good feeling for foreigners, as we are. You are able to show us the different aspects and a little bit the way of thinking and living in Iran of today. Thank you for three unforgettable days with you in Tehran and surroundings.

E-mail: a_pflueger@t-online.deThis being my first trip to Iran, I was apprehensive yet excited about the country. But from the start, our guide Ahmad made sure that my fear was unfounded. As we travelled from Kerman back to Tehran with stops in Yazd, Shiraz, Esfahan and Kashan, he ably showed us the beauty of his country and the warm hospitality of his fellow Iranians. Aside from the must-see historical and religious sites such as Persepolis, he took us to each of the city bazaars and had us taste the various Persian dishes and desserts such as the faloodeh plus the fruits and nuts grown in Iran.Having guided for around 6 years, Ahmad deftly drove us to the different places and even to some not in our itinerary such as the ancient mosque in Natanz and oldest cypress tree in Abarkuh. His command of English was good and so was his knowledge of the culture and history. He was very accommodating and prompt. We look forward to another visit to Iran, this time north of Tehran. It would be great if Ahmad would guide us again.

E-mail: gmbat@yahoo.comAfter deciding to ignore advice from many Australian friends, we arrived in Tehran to a very welcoming, friendly country. After 2 days in Tehran absorbing the sights and atmosphere we flew to Yazd where we were met by Ahmad Janati, our guide/driver. As we toured Yazd, Shiraz and Esfahan Ahmad offered great friendship, local knowledge, wonderful translating skills and a wish to make our trip as enjoyable and informative as possible. We enjoy a lot of free time in the evening to wonder the street and bazaars, never feeling unsafe. Iran has shown itself to be a wonderful country offering many, many amazing monuments and historical sites, a great verity of food and local colour. Ahmad encouraged us to indulge in local delicacres and introduced us to many new foods. We would highly recommend as a safe, enjoyable, historic and welcommy destination.

E-mail: FOSTER.LAUREN.J@EDUMAIL.VIC.GOV.AUI was excited to visit Iran as part of the Mongol Rally, a road journey from the United Kingdom to Mongolia. My guide was Ahmad Janati from www.IranTourismCenter.com. We met in Tehran and we spent the day exploring the sights of Tehran. He was keen to understand the things I was interested in and thus tailor my experience accordingly. This, for me, included visiting the Grand Bazaar, Golestan Palace, Azadi Tower, and Milad tower. Ahmad was very knowledgeable and was keen to answer questions about Iran’s history and also it’s interesting to present, he is a very personable person and really enjoys showing Iran to the world. Ahmad also accompanied me as I journeyed east, we visited Gorgan and Golestan. He was able to introduce me to several different local cuisines which were always excellent. We visited towers and waterfalls, hiked in the forest near Gorgan. The hospitality of Iran was wonderful and we met many people along the way which Ahmad helped with translations, stopping for a meal with one family we met! Due to his knowledge, I was able to visit some very rare and unexplored locations in Eastern Iran including the Shrine of Khalid Nabi(CHECK SPELLING!) which was fascinating and had some breathtaking views. Ahmad was also able to help with the Mongol Rally, helping me and other teams with paperwork and technical issues. I felt I truly gained a deep understanding of Iran’s culture and its people. I look forward to returning again and exploring Iran further!

E-mail: lukiek@gmail.commy friend and I had a one day tour in Tehran with Ahmad Janati and Ghazal Afshar It started literally several hours after we arrived by air overnight, and we were pretty tired. We wondered how we would get through the day. Then we met Ahmad and Ghazale at the hotel, and we were immediately re-energized. They had an active fun day planned for us, which started with a ride on the Metro and a visit to the Tehran Bazaar. They introduced us to products we had never seen before, such as freshly picked pistachios and a delicious drink called khak-e-shir, which I enjoyed again later in our trip. We visited Golestan Palace, which was not on the itinerary for our extended tour, and then ended the day with a trip to the mountains north of town and a wonderful meal in a nice little restaurant. The food there was very good, and we so much enjoyed Ahmad’s and Ghazale’s company. We found them to be well-organized and thoughtful in the planning of our day. They took the time to check out our itinerary for our long tour and made sure they introduced us to places and experiences we wouldn’t have there. They were entertaining, informative, and helpful. It was a perfect way for my friend and me to begin our tour of Iran. I highly recommend both Ahmad and Ghazal to other travelers visiting Iran!

Now I can say what a great country. Our guide, we met Ahmad in Yazd and he looked like a good guy, later we knew that he is a good, kind and an excellent person and we got friend in an instant. Iranian people are very kind and they invited us to sit and then have food with them in the park easily. The food is very good and the sightseeing is unbelievable. The mosques, the gardens and the old constructions. We loved the country, the people and the food too. That was great.joão rosa: joaorosa50@yahoo.com.brBia: biafaria10@yahoo.com

E-mail: joaorosa50@yahoo.com.brAhmad was really good at helping to explain and experience Iranian culture. In just ten days we visited many of the major cities and sights in central Iran from Persepolis to the Fin Garden as well as the best historical sights, he gave us two unforgettable days in dessert. Ahmad was a lively company and well informed. We ate wonderful traditional Iranian food and met very kind and welcoming people. It certainly was a full schedule but Ahmad’s knowledge of everywhere we went was invaluable and he made it easy to move from place to place. We have had a brilliant time.Thank you Ahmad.November 2015

E-mail: trevor.newland@btconnect.comWe had a great time for two weeks in Iran with Ahmad. He is very knowledgeable about his country. He speaks and understands English very well. He is an excellent driver (don't under estimate the value of this in Tehran). He knows a lot of people (don't under estimate this). Let him know what your interest are, and he will make sure you have a great time. Iran is not a scary place. My home town in Wisconsin is more dangerous that any place I saw in Tehran or any other place in Iran.

E-mail: alk123@att.netMy trip to the beautiful country of Iran was only made more amazing by my expert guide Ahmad. He understood right away that as an architect I had a detailed interest in Iran’s important historical monuments, and also in less visited buildings like wind towers, cisterns, hammam, etc. Ahmad proved very resourceful and also very interested to explore some of these overlooked sites with me, and was able to direct me to some amazing places I never would have known to visit. He even helped to make some very fascinating personal connections along the way, such as with a group of archeology students who were studying ancient domestic and religious practices at Chogha Zanbil, and an architecture professor who was deeply knowledgable in the history and construction of the Great Mosque of Isfahan. Ahmad also embraced my sense of culinary adventure, taking me well beyond the standard tourist stops to places like a relaxed little liver shop in Tehran and a lively street of falafel stands in Ahwaz. He always had advice on the best and most unusual local fare, as well as the places where you could really get a feel for the life of a city. I would absolutely recommend Ahmad and would definitely reach out to him again should I be fortunate enough to return to Iran.

E-mail: fernandomano@cpfl.comI was in Iran from 1 to 15 April 2017. Everything from hotel to guided tours was arranged by Irantourismcenter. I traversed from Khoy in west Azerbaijan all the way to Shiraz, covering 10 cities. I went there with low expectation but came back with cherished memory awed by food, people and architecture fused with rich history and tradition. Thanks to Irantourismcenter, everything from visa to transfer to stay went very well.I will definitely use the same service if I ever visit Iran again.

It was our first trip to Iran, and I can say it was one of the most interesting place I've ever been in my life. When you staying in Tehran please make sure that your guide is Ahmad or Ghazal. We spend 2 amazing days (I know it's not enough) in Tehran with them. Ahmad and Ghazal are very professional, kind, knowledgeable, open minded and just a good people. Even I'm not a native English speaker it was very easy to understand them (wonderful translation skills). We deeply impressed by people, history and culture. I highly recommended you to visit Iran, one of the most hospitable, enjoyable, historic and safe destination

His knowledge regarding every subject and city is unbelievable and even though he has probably told the stories many times he makes you feel like he is telling it for the first time. His famous line is “As you wish” and this couldn’t have been more true during our time together. He is very flexible and will do whatever it takes to make sure you enjoy your time in Iran. He started as our guide and left as our friend. I have traveled to many countries and I can say that Ahmad was the best guide that I have ever had. He represents the kindness and warm hospitality that is provided by all Iranians towards foreigners. If you want an authentic experience with a wonderful guide then please utilize the services of Ahmad.”

E-mail: 3boardies@gmail.comDaryl and Lynne Sutton We under look the 12 day classic Iran tour. Ahmad was our guide and driver for nine of the 12 days. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. He had a very strong understanding of the history, of the country and all sights visited. He was interested in preception and varied time spent in offering locations based on our interests. Ahmad wanted to make sure that we left Iran with the best quality items and introduced us to carpet and ceramic producers he assisted us with negotiations and we were happy with our final purchases. We enjoyed our holiday in Iran very much. 2016/10/06

We are group of 10 people: family and friends from Vietnam. We have 4 elders U70 and others are young ladies. We decided to have a tour guide with us for 2 days in Tehran and used all kinds of public transportation. And Ghazal is our tour guide. We didn't have a good start since one in our group got into an small car accident in our first day in Tehran and need to go to the hospital for checking. She got a bruise at her left foot. I have to tell that the accident is not Ghazal's fault. It is the fault of the driver and us for his/our carelessness. It is simply an unlucky day for us. But Ghazal is with us and support us for everything: hospital, pills… She got her friends taking the group to the mountain as original itinerary. Just 1 in our group and the one with hurting food went to the hospital. Thanks to her the accident didn't affect our trip much. The second day we got a city tour with Ghazal. 9 people is a big group for public transportation. It is the time we went by taxies and got lost of each others (divided by 2 groups and cannot find each other). It took us 30-45 minites till we met up. Ghazal felt very bad and appolozied to us. We understand that the streets were very crowded and the taxi drivers didn't got a clear message where to drop us at Golestan Palace. Anyways, the rest of the city tour went on smoothly. We got a good day tour in Tehran. Ghazal is a very gentle girl, a little unexperience with a big group going with public transportation. But she got good experience from us and with her kindness and enthusiasm with her work I beleive she will be an excellent tour guide for anyone, any groups.

We spent only one day in Teheran and our guides were Ahmad and Ghazal. They waited for us at Imam Khomeini International Airport early morning and then we moved towards Teheran. First stop was at Imam Khomeini Shrine: we took breakfast together and then… we were ready to start our visits in the center of Teheran: Iran Bastan Museum, Golestan Palace, the incredible Jewel Museum and finally the Carpet Museum. All very interesting places. Ahmad was very clever to optimize the times, deciding to use metro and taxis in the city. We enjoyed very much staying with Ahmad and Ghazal because they are very kind, nice and patient, and they assisted us very carefully in the chaotic traffic of Tehran! With them we had no problem, indeed. Unfortunately one day in Teheran is very short. Our flight from Tehran to Shiraz the day after was early in the morning and Ahmad picked us up from the hotel and drove us to the airport, staying with us until check-in was duly completed. Thanks Ahmad for your kind and precious assistance! We started in the best way our beautiful trip in Iran. E-mail: weltgesang.paolo@libero.itYang / Hong / Xiaoxuan yu, ChinaJust so glad we chose Iran as our destination, a short 5 day trip really impressed us. Such an amazing country! The people, the food, the culture, all just so charming! If you are tired of seaside sunshine and shopping and just want to experience something different, Iran is worth a visit. It will exceed all your expectations and imaginations in a good way. What's great about this country is when you are traveling in it; you can feel connected to the culture and history. The greatest thing happen to us in this journey is our excellent excellent tour guides! Ahmad Mabas and Ghazale. They are great tour guides and great friends. They've been very kind and helpful and so good at what they do. I can tell they are just so proud of their country and want to show everyone the best of Iran. Highly recommended. They are all professional, friendly and speak great English. It's a pity we didn't know them sooner! Otherwise we will be having a much better planned trip! So pity we don't have time for Isfahan. One thing to remind all the Chinese tourists is the food here is very different you might want to bring your laoganma with you, but worth trying anyway.

E-mail: 692997823@qq.comOver the summer of 2016 a friend and me participated in the Mongol Rally, part of the rally involved driving across Iran. While researching the drive we soon realized I would useful to have a guide. Another friend of mine recommended Ahmad (from www.irantourismcenter.com), as he had used Ahmad the year before. Ahmad was very useful while planning my trip, he helped us create an itinerary to make the most of our time taking into consideration what we wanted to see and also recommended places to visit, that we had not come across on the usual websites ( tripadvisor, etc). When we finally got to Iran, Ahmad met us at the border and stayed with us to the entire duration of the trip. His knowledge and lists of contacts proved invaluable when it came to sorting out paper work at the border, getting our car fix or finding us accommodation at short notice. I honestly don't believe my journey across Iran would have been as fun or informative without Ahmad. To anyone thinking about going to Iran, I would highly recommended getting in touch with Ahmad and using his services, I know I definitely will the next I go to Iran

eshrad@hotmail.comHello, I just wanted to leave my feedback for my trip in Iran that I just completed. I had a great trip. Iran is a beautiful country. I also wanted to say that my guide Ahmad was amazing! He really went above and beyond. Easily the best guide I've ever had. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the history of Iran. He also drove me to Esfahan in his private car. I really hope to come visit again sometime in the not too distant future and when I do I'd like to work with Ahmad again. Thanks Erik

erik23666@gmail.comAhmad Janati was a totally fantastic guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about everything we saw, I could ask him anything about Iran, he has a great sense of humor and we were able to discuss a board range of subjects during the long drives. He also has an amazing ability to connect with all kind of people, which really showed me how overwhelmingly warm and welcoming the people of Iran are. He also has great recommendations for local food and I can say that all Persian food I had was fabulous- I never had a bad meal! I hope I'll have the opportunity to have him as tour guide again in the future.

I also met a few of his friends in Tehran, and especially enjoyed wandering around and exploring the city with them. We were travelling in a group of 10 Estonians including one infant of 10 months. We had agreed on the travel plan for 5 days beforehand (with Ahmad), so our great guide for the week - Ghazale - met us at our Tehran hotel on the fixed morning. We also had a very nice bus driver with a 25-seat (or similar) bus, with A/C and cold bottled water (especially appreciated during this hot season of the year). Our journey took us up to Tochal Mountain on Day 1 (staying 1 more night in Tehran thereafter), then through Kashan to Esfahan (2 nights) and on to Shiraz (1 night). We accomplished all that had been agreed in our travel plan, with some shifts in when exactly to visit some concrete place, as there were several smaller stops in between the mentioned cities. During longer bus rides Ghazale was very willing to tell about different and interesting (!) aspects of Iranian life and, of course, did her best when guiding us at/through the places that we visited. Only in Persepolis did we have a local guide but actually I would have been even happier to have our dear Ghazale telling us about the Historical Site. Overall, the week was well planned, interesting to all tastes (landscape, architecture, arts etc). We normally had a common lunch at some place suggested by Ghazale, and they all were very nice picks where we could enjoy local delicacies of different kind. Yet another great experience! Overall, the week went too quickly and the Iranians - Persians - are an incredible nation. People with one of the biggest hearts that I have ever seen in the world. As I am the mother of the 10-month baby boy travelling with the group, I can only suggest Iran as a country worth travelling to, with Iranians willing to do almost anything to make your child and you feel like at home. Thanks a lot for all the warmth of your heart , Ghazale!

TripAdvisorMy brother and I go back to Iran regularly to visit our family but have always found it difficult to arrange a holiday exploring the country. This all changed when we were introduced to Ahmad who was so passionate about his job and beautiful country. We went on a coach from Tehran to the ancient Rudkhan Castle in the lush north of Iran. Ahmad made the long coach journey so fun by making everyone introduce themselves and then encouraging us all to sing our favourite songs. The Iranians loved any excuse to sing but my brother and I, being half English were slightly shy. Eventually we were persuaded and performed a rendition of Madonna's Isla Bonita which made everybody very happy. When we got to the castle, we were amazed at how beautiful and magnificent it was. We saw old ladies in veils making flatbread on the floor and marveled at all the dark red sour things being sold (Iranians love sour things). Ahmad spoke about this ancient castle with much knowledge and excitement, answering all the questions we had and generally making the experience alot more fun.Ahmad was such a kind and pleasant person he was a pleasure to be around. He is also very skilled at helping to arrange tourist visas (usually a complicated process), and he helped me arrange one for a friend a year later effortlessly.Much recommended!
